Sally has been working in the accounting industry since 2002.

As a Chartered Accountant and SMSF Specialist, she enjoys helping clients navigate and understand the often complex SMSF and tax rules so they can be confident of their compliance with the relevant legislation.

The Principal of the Oracle Accounting Erina, Michael O’Brien, has been in public practice for over 40 years, with experience in both large and small accounting practices, as well as a period spent as a financial controller in a commercial capacity.

Michael has significant experience advising clients on tax issues and has specialist skills for formulating strategies to develop a successful business. He holds a Bachelor of Business (UTS) and is a Chartered Accountant, TIA Chartered Tax Adviser and a registered Tax Agent.

Outside work, Michael enjoys spending time with his extended family.

Dona has over 30 years accounting experience working across all aspects of accounting.

She thrives on helping all her clients, giving advice and support so they can achieve the best results and reach their business goals.

Outside the office, Dona splits her time between her family and her many craft hobbies.

Lucie is a Senior Accountant at Oracle Accounting Erina, with over 20 years public practice experience. She is passionate about helping her clients reach their individual and business goals.

Lucie uses her background and experience in tax and SME’s to assist a broad spectrum of clients.

She is a Member of Institute Public Accountants, Fellow National Tax Accountants Association and Certified Xero Adviser.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage boys and she also loves a great book and a good coffee.

Claire has been working in the Accounting industry for 16 years. She is the welcoming smile at Reception in the Erina Office and enjoys helping clients with all their queries.

She has extensive administrative experience and assists all the accountants, providing day to day support as required.

Outside of work, Claire loves camping with family and friends, walking her dog and chilling out with a glass of wine.

Emily is an Administration Assistant at Oracle Accounting Erina, providing support and assistance to the accounting team and clients.

She has over 18 years of administrative, accounting and financial management experience and holds a Bachelor of Management (Acctg) degree.

Outside of work, she enjoys live music, sport and spending time with her family.

Shannon has been working on the Gold Coast as an Accountant since 2015.

She enjoys working with small family owned businesses, assisting them with their business and personal goals.

Shannon comes from a background in bookkeeping and the construction industry, which helps me offer a step by step approach to helping clients manage the everyday needs of their business all while preparing for the future.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her young family, drinking coffee, listening to music and relaxing watching a good movie.

Borim is a Senior Accountant at Gold Coast office. He has over 8 years of experience assisting business owners with their accounting needs as well as taxation.

Borim has a strong knowledge of taxation and business advisory. He enjoys working with clients and holds a high value in human relationship. He has a great interest in business structuring, tax minimisation and cashflow management. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Griffith University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Outside of work, Borim plays tennis and golf and he also enjoys spending time with his family and friends on the weekend.

Warren Gale is a Senior Accountant at Oracle Accounting Gold Coast office.

Warren has been working in public practice for over 19 years and brings a keen interest and experience in taxation, tax planning, business structuring and Self-Managed Super funds.

Warren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from James Cook University, Townsville and is a CPA.

Outside work, Warren enjoys surfing, camping, and spending time with his family and friends.

Kelly has been working in Administration alongside Tax Agents and Accountants since in 2015.

She enjoys assisting clients with their wide variety of requests and thrives in the fast paced working environment.

Dani started in the accounting and tax agent industry in 2021 after completing a Diploma in Accounting.

She is the friendly face at reception at the Gold Coast office providing day to day support.

Dani's previous experience in administration and the knowledge built from studies, she supports clients with all their queries.

Graham consults with small and medium sized clients working from the Taree office. He assists clients with all aspects of their businesses, often meeting with clients in a board of director style meeting to keep the focus within the business.

He commenced work with a Big Four accounting firm which introduced him to problem solving in the corporate environment which he has transferred to his many small business clients.

Outside of work, Graham and his family spend time on their other business interests, holidaying with wife Ruth and socialising with friends.

Marika is a Certified Practising Accountant at Oracle Accounting Taree; she has been in public practice for over 30 years.

Marika’s background is in taxation & advisory services, she has vast experience in all aspects of business, investment entities and SMSFs. Marika enjoys working closely with clients to grow their businesses.

Outside of work, Marika enjoys spending time with family & friends, photography, travel and going on multiple day hikes.

Craig has a diverse background working for small to medium accounting firms as well as in commercial businesses over several years. Craig has experience in assisting clients with tax and accounting issues, including for small business, investment clients and SMSF.

Outside of work, Craig loves the outdoors, enjoys walking, casual bike riding as well as catching up with family and friends.

David has worked for accountancy practices and commercial businesses since 1975 in Australia and overseas.

David has been working for the last 22 years in an accounting practice covering a broad range of clients in tax, accounting and SMSF services.

Lynette has over 40 years’ experience working in the accounting sector, and she has worked with a wide variety of business and SMSF clients for almost 30 years. She enjoys assisting her clients with their various taxation and accounting needs.

Outside of work, Lynette loves spending time with her family and friends and enjoys relaxing with a good book every chance she gets.

Rachel is a Senior Accountant at Oracle Taree with over 25 years of experience in the accounting and tax agent industry. She has spent many years working as a Senior Accountant with some prominent firms in the Newcastle region.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle and is a Registered Tax Agent and Chartered Accountant.

Outside work, Rachel enjoys card-making, breathwork and jumping in ice baths. Rachel climbed Mt. Hotham in minimal clothing back in June 2022.

Kristie started in the accounting industry in 2007, becoming a Chartered Accountant in 2015 and she also added SMSF Specialisation in 2020.

She has a passion for Self-Managed Super Fund administration and end of year processing. She enjoys all things tax from small business right through to large groups.

Outside of the work, Kristie spends her time caravanning and enjoying the time with her family.

Joshua is an Accountant at Oracle Accounting Taree. He has been in the accounting industry since 2020.

Joshua has experience advising on a various tax issues and managing financials for both business and individuals. Joshua holds a Masters Degree of Professional Accounting (MPA) from Australian Catholic University.

Outside work, Joshua enjoys hiking and spending time with his family and friends.

Tegan started in the accounting industry in 2013, as a trainee receptionist making her transition to trainee accountant in 2016.

Tegan is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Accounting through Charles Sturt University.

Matthew is the Chartered Accountant of the Ballina office and has over 20 years financial services experience.

Matthew earned his qualification with the Big 4 Accounting Firm, KPMG before working on the London and Zurich equities trading floors for American and European Investment Banks as a Quantitative Risk Analyst.

Matthew has been in public practice as a Chartered Accountant since 2003 and specialises in personal and business advice.

Matthew enjoys living in the Northern Rivers community and is keen to support its people.

Gail joined the Oracle team in 2022 as the Ballina Administration Assistant.

She works closely with clients and the Oracle team to provide administration and support to financial advisers and Accountants.

Imran is an Accounting Manager at Oracle Paramatta office.

Imran is a registered tax agent (RTA) with over 15 years’ experience in commercial accounting, tax, and audit in the multinational corporation environment in different parts of the world.

His unique experiences working across a variety professional environments, alongside his vast qualifications, helps Imran managing clients’ relationship relating to their bookkeeping, taxation & SMSF affairs.

Outside of the office, Imran enjoys movies & music, and he likes to spend time with family and friends.

Jeremy is a Senior Accountant at Oracle; he has been working as an accountant since 2014.

Jeremy has experience managing many businesses across a diverse range of industries. He thoroughly enjoys getting clients the best outcome. He is also a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia.

Outside of work, Jeremy spends a lot of time being active, enjoying long distance running, cycling and social sports.

Simone is the Administration Assistant at Oracle Accounting Newcastle.

Simone provides assistance to the accounting team in client administration and organisation. She also answers phone calls, emails and ensuring a smooth office workflow for clients and staff.

Rhiannon is an Administrative Assistant at Oracle Taree. She has been working in administration roles for over 6 years completing payroll, bookkeeping and general administration / management roles.

Rhiannon has experience working in two different adminstration roles in Psychology & Insurance loss adjusting.

Rhiannon is the friendly face at reception in Oracle Taree and is pleased to provide assistance to clients.

Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, live music and spending time with family.

Doris is the Administration Assistant at Oracle Accounting Ballina.

Doris has been working in the Accounting industry for 30years. She is the welcoming smile at Reception in the Ballina Office and enjoys helping clients with all their queries. She has extensive administrative experience and assists all the accountants, providing day to day support as required.

Outside of work, Doris loves doing Pilates and enjoying long walks with family and friends.

Nick Moran manages the accounting division of Oracle Advisory Group in Murwillumbah. Nick's work experience includes working in Brisbane at a national accounting firm and gaining experience advising clients on a range of matters including business analysis and advice, superannuation, taxation planning and compliance.

Nick takes a results-based approach to advice. With a comprehensive understanding of complex matters including Small Business CGT concessions; Taxation planning; International business and taxation; Structuring advice; Superannuation; and more, he can help deliver the desired outcome for you and your business.

Nick has enjoyed the relationships he has built with his clients and is dedicated to actively helping them improve their businesses.

Brian Meldrum helps manage the accounting division of Oracle Advisory Group in Murwillumbah. He has over 13 years of experience as a business services manager with Horwarth & Horwarth and other firms in Sydney.

Brian’s experience in a business services role is invaluable for anyone looking to make their business work harder, so they don’t have to. He also specialises in auditing self-managed super-funds, giving him excellent technical knowledge of the area.

Outside of work, Brian is committed to the local community and is the current treasurer, and active member, of both the Murwillumbah Amateur Cycle Club and the Murwillumbah Theatre Company. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Murwillumbah and a life member of the Murwillumbah Apex Club.

Jeannie Anderson works as a Client Services Coordinator in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

Jennie has over 20 years of experience in assisting her clients and their taxation and accounting needs.

Jeannie is enjoying growing the practice and welcomes new clients to come and see how she can assist them.

Jeannie’s expertise includes all levels of tax planning and compliance issues, including indirect taxation (GST, CGT, FBT, and Payroll tax), self-managed super funds, as well as financial accounting and business structuring and advice.

Paul Mayberry is a Senior Accountant in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

Paul has over 30 years of experience in public practice and he has become an expert in taxation, business advisory, and self-managed superannuation for large or small enterprises.

Paul has built long-term professional relationships with his clients and provides invaluable insights into their businesses.

Outside work, Paul is a keen skier, swimmer, surfer, gardener, and reader.

Will Nardi is a Senior Accountant in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

In 2008, Will and his wife Gabby lived in Ethiopia for several months, as volunteers at an HIV orphanage, and as teachers at a primary school. Besides working at MMA, he considers this and adopting his daughter in 2009 as life highlights.

Outside of work, Will enjoys running (slowly) around the streets of Murwillumbah, swimming at TRAC or as one of the local MAMILs.

Peter Ohl is a Senior Accountant in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah. Peter has over 10 years of working in accounting.

Peter has completed the CPA Professional Program achieving High Distinctions in Advanced Taxation, Financial Reporting and Strategic Management Accounting.

Outside work, Peter enjoys a game of tennis between helping raise a young family with his wife Liz.

Sam Rasmussen is a Senior Accountant in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

Sam has been working in accounting for the last 20 years both in practice and commercially.

Sam is a qualified member of CPA Australia and completed her Bachelor of Business at Griffith University, graduating in 2005 with a major in accounting. Growing up in Murwillumbah, Sam went on to travel and work in London and Abu Dhabi after completing her university studies for several years, returning to the Tweed in 2010 and working in local practice.

Outside of work, Golf is a regular weekend activity and Sam also enjoys travelling, music festivals and reading a good book.

Deborah Roberts is a Senior Accountant in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

Deborah has worked in a couple of accounting practices, she combined working in administration and retail roles before deciding to study and enhance her career.

Deborah brings experience from varied business operations and structures from clients from all walks of life and understands the importance of assisting clients with their accounting and taxation needs to enable clients to get on with running and growing their businesses.

Outside of work, Deborah loves travelling. She has travelled around Australia and visited different countries overseas. Upon visiting the Northern Rivers with her husband and two boys she fell in love with the region and couldn’t think of anywhere better to live and raise her family.

Sue Kok is a Senior Accountant at Oracle Accounting Murwillumbah. She works on financials and tax returns for a varied range of clients including individuals, trusts & self-managed super funds.

Sue holds a Batchelor of Commerce Degree from Rhodes University in Grahamstown, South Africa, and she completed her Chartered Accountancy in Zimbabwe. On arrival in Australia, some 30 years later she studied Australian taxation and company law at Macquarie University in Sydney.

Outside work, Sue enjoys cycling, walking and spending time with family.

Ginger Rogers is a Chartered Accountant in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

Ginger commenced her career in tax accounting after completing her Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Accounting.

Ginger worked at a Chartered Accountant firm in South Yarra, Victoria where she commences the Chartered Accountant Program.

Ginger is currently studying and working towards completing the Chartered Accountant Program. Ginger thoroughly enjoys her new position and looks forward to the future ahead.

Outside of work, Ginger enjoys outdoor activities, fishing, travelling, reading and playing volleyball.

Nikola Hudson is a Chartered Accountant in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah and she has over 10 years of work experience.

Nikola holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) completed at the University of Stellenbosch in the Cape Winelands region of South Africa. After completing her studies she joined PwC Cape Town and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013.

Nikola moved to Australia in 2022, she is thankful to have the opportunity to be part of the Oracle Accounting team, she enjoys learning new things as well as adding to her accounting and taxation skills.

Outside of work, she enjoys exercising, walking the dogs, joining family and friends’ gatherings and swimming at the beach.

Misty Larkin is an Accountant in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

Misty began working in 1995 as an office junior in an accounting firm.

In 2012, Misty decided to go back to study and completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting.

Outside of work, Misty enjoys Netball, reading, cooking and watching the Bombers play AFL.

Robert Zhang is an Accountant in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

Robert moved from Tasmania to study for a master’s degree in commerce (Professional Accounting) at The University of Queensland. After completing in April 2022, Robert started working as a Graduate Accountant.

Robert is energetic, thoughtful, reliable, a problem solver and has a great eye for detail.

Outside of work, Robert’s perfect weekend would be going for a hike, fishing or spending time with his friends.

Tony Tickle is an Accountant in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

Tony commenced his career in retail and has 20 years of experience in small business management.

Tony has experience in office management, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.

He also has experience with MYOB and other off-the-shelf accounting software.

Tony can answer any queries regarding the entry of raw data into your MYOB financial software package. Tony is a JP and can assist with certifying documents.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys travelling, gardening, the beach and cars.

Chrissy Lynch is an Accountant in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

Chrissy has over 30 years of experience working in the accounting industry, she started in administration and moved over to the accounting side of the business later.

Chrissy’s experience includes the preparation of financial accounts and income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies, including the preparation of Business Activity Statements.

Outside of work, Chrissy spends her pastime curling up with a good book and a box of chocolates!

Allira Julius  is an Accountant at Oracle Murwillumbah, and she started in the Accounting industry in Kingscliff in 2019. Before accounting, Allira had worked in administration and marketing roles, particularly in the Construction industry.

Allira holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) both from Southern Cross University.

Outside of work, Allira enjoys travelling and she is kept busy following her sons and husband around with cricket in the summer and football in the winter.

Hayden is an Accountant at Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah, and he is keen to build relationships and service clients with their compliance and advisory requirements.

Hayden started in the accounting industry in 2007, assisting clients with tax compliance and advice. Hayden holds a Diploma in Business and Accounting.

Jackie Smith is a bookkeeper in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

Jackie has over 35 years of experience in bookkeeping, requiring extensive knowledge across many different industries and has 11 years of experience in property management including working with trust accounts. Some of her responsibilities include payroll, account reconciliation, bookkeeping inquiries and BAS preparation.

Jackie has gained a Certificate 4 in Accounting, is an Accredited Reckon Partner and has experience in almost all software.

Outside work, Jackie enjoys fostering pet rabbits in her spare time.

Anne-Maree Begg is a Client Services in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

Anne is hardworking, fun-loving, curious, family-oriented and values a quiet life.

Outside of work, Anne loves travelling and travel photography and has travelled extensively through Europe, learning other languages, gardening, and baking. Her perfect weekend is pottering in the garden or curling up with a good book.

Helen Swift is a Client Services in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

Helen is a Murwillumbah local and has a career in Finance/Insurance and Aged Care.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys fishing and travelling out to the Granite Belt whenever possible.

Kylie Lynton is a Client Services Administrator in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

After working in Retail Management for several years, Kylie felt it was time for a change and moved to work in an accounting firm.

Kylie grew up in Perth Western Australia, coming to the East Coast 18 years ago with her husband and son.

Outside work, Kylie enjoys gardening, reading and relaxing with her family.

Caroline Latham is a Corporate Services in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

For over 10 years, Caroline has worked as a corporate compliance officer. She attends to all client’s corporate affairs requirements including ASIC annual reviews, appointment and retirement of office holders, share and unit transfers, as well as any other corporate changes. She also prepares and lodges Business Activity Statements and does GST and ABN compliance forms.

Caroline was born in Berkshire in the United Kingdom and in 1989 Caroline came to Australia on a working holiday and met her Australian husband. She became an Australian resident in 1991 and has spent the last 20 years living in the Tweed.

Catherine Akehurst is a Client Service Administrator in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

Cathy joined Oracle's accounting firm as a part of the Client Service team and she enjoys the challenges that her position brings.

Outside of work, Cathy is married with 2 children and 5 grandchildren which keep her busy. Cathy is a member of the Mt Warning AM Rotary Club and in her spare time enjoys caravanning with friends, beach walking and reading a good book.

Amanda Saddler is an Administration Support/ Client Services in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah.

Amanda has vast experience in administration in various industries including financial and accounting, her experience includes receipting, reception, daily lodgments and files.

Kerry worked in the finance industry for 13 years before deciding on a change of career and worked in an accounting firm since the beginning of 2010.

Outside work, Kerry loves to travel - she has travelled throughout Europe before settling and marrying in Greece.

She has recently returned to Northern NSW after spending over 10 years in Melbourne and is enjoying the lifestyle change.

Rose has a background in the finance industry and retail management.

Skye Chapman assists the team in Oracle Accounting in Murwillumbah with day-to-day administration support.

Skye is currently studying Year 12 at high school and she works in the afternoons after school, assisting with filing and scanning.
