Empowering Women by Women
We are professional women, helping women to gain their financial independence.
As women, we have all been in a situation where we felt we, or someone close to us, weren’t being listened to or we didn’t understand how information was being communicated to us.
We are a team of professional women – Financial Advisers, Accountants and Solicitors that will listen to you. There is no such thing as a stupid question.
We assist women to regain their confidence and navigate their way through trying times in their life and get their financial independence and secure their future.

In the past women have been excluded from discussion of finance and business, this has created the illusion that managing businesses and personal finances is complicated. Providing women with the knowledge and tools to understand the financial aspects of their business world helps to create confident and purposeful female leaders with financial security.”Lynette Bonner

House purchase
We assisted a client who was wanting to sell her home and move into a retirement village. The process of this can be overwhelming and, with the requirements of Centrelink reporting for such events, can be intimidating. We took care of all the reporting and liaised with the conveyancer to get the correct paperwork to Centrelink without issue.
We often will discuss downsizing properties or selling investment properties to free up liquid assets for client’s income needs. This can involve CGT issues as well as have an effect ton Centrelink. With good advice before these events, we can ensure that clients are in a better position and retain their income and the assets that are important to them.
Centrelink
We have represented a client at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal regarding a Centrelink error, where a client was given a very large debt. We were able to piece back together the correct assets and provide sufficient evidence that resulted in the debt being dismissed by the AAT.
We routinely update client’s assets and liabilities with Centrelink and are their representative if any issues arise. As some clients do not have computer access and all Centrelink updates are required electronically, this is an onerous, and sometimes impossible task for our clients. We relieve them of this stress.
Divorce
We have liaised with our client’s solicitors when financial settlement offers have been made to provide details of taxation/superannuation implications of the proposals. This is a very stressful situation and can have long lasting financial implications for both parties. We work towards a fair and reasonable outcome with minimal tax/long term implications.
